Where are the GPS coordinates, I get the map as a GIF file. Do we have a GIS file we are working with?

GIS file exists
Mendoza made a GIS map as did I. GIS coordinates should exist.
I don't have the software to look from here. I believe it will be clearly labeled close to the root directory. Any body with any ESRI knowledge should be able to look.
